Dog Somatics 101 · Both Ends of the Leash

These terms apply to participation in the Dog Somatics 101 and Both Ends of the Leash communities, whether accessed independently or through a course, membership, or other offering.

Agreement to Community Guidelines

By enrolling in a community and accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to follow the applicable

Community Guidelines linked at enrollment and posted within the course or community. Those guidelines form part of these Terms of Service.

Please read the guidelines before joining and participating. They apply to posts, comments, shared content, and interactions with other members.

Respectful Participation

Members agree to participate respectfully, honor human and canine boundaries, and protect other members’ privacy. 

Harassment, discrimination, threats, personal attacks, unauthorized sharing of another member’s content or personal information, and spam or unsolicited promotion are prohibited.

Different experiences and respectful disagreement are welcome. Members should ask before offering advice and avoid diagnosing people or dogs based on community posts.

Purpose and Support

These communities provide space for education, shared experiences, conversation, and peer support. Taking a course is not required to participate.

Community access does not include individual coaching, private consultations, guaranteed responses from Rose, or scheduled live sessions unless expressly included in the offering purchased.

Community discussions and resources do not replace individualized medical, mental health, veterinary, or other professional care.

Moderation and Access

To uphold the Community Guidelines, the community team may review reports, remove content, issue warnings, or restrict participation. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the community. Serious safety or privacy violations may require immediate action without a prior warning.

Any payment, cancellation, or refund questions will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and refund policy, subject to applicable law.

Guideline Updates

The community team may update the guidelines as the communities develop. Updates will be announced within the community. Material changes to these participation terms will be communicated before taking effect, with renewed agreement requested where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waldrup Somatic Method and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services.
